CEVA Freight LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Systems & Process Specialist (Air).

Support compliance and enhancements of operational systems for air freight.

• Ensure station process compliance and implement improvements.
• Deliver training to new hires and provide refresher sessions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for systems like Matrix OFS, Salesforce/C-View, CargoWiseOne, etc.
• Record training activities in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Analyze data by pulling reports from various systems.
• Resolve daily operational challenges.
• Troubleshoot help desk tickets and Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI).
• Address system glitches and monitor shared mailboxes.
• Lead projects to improve process efficiency and data quality.
• Provide backup support for other SPSs.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts.
• Motivate and engage the local team to reduce turnover.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED with five (5) years' experience in operations involving station process and systems in Air Freight, including two (2) years with Matrix OFS and/or CargoWiseOne.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field with three (3) years' experience in operations, including two (2) years with Matrix OFS and/or CargoWiseOne.

Travel requirement: 10% domestic and up to 10% international. Partial telecommuting is available. Must have application req 562886.
