Description: Your Day-to-Day Tasks will be: • Operating PSI's Extensiv WMS to manage order status, inventory accuracy, and workflow progress • Processing outbound shipments using Shipwise, including label generation, carrier selection, and manifest reconciliation • Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure alignment between physical operations and system data • Tracking and updating order statuses for internal and customer reporting • Identifying and resolving system issues related to routing, inventory mismatches, and shipping errors • Communicating with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL) to address shipping delays or service issues • Supporting onboarding and setup of new products and clients in WMS and shipping systems • Generating reports and maintaining data integrity within logistics software • Documenting processes and contributing ideas for continuous improvement of system workflows

[email protected] This Job Requires: • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment environment • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (Extensiv WMS or similar) • Experience using multi-carrier shipping platforms (e.g., Shipwise) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process efficiency • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, both independently and in a team environment • Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift light items during troubleshooting support on the warehouse floor • Flexibility to work morning, evening, or weekend shifts based on operational needs • A proactive and adaptable mindset, especially when learning new systems or handling shifting priorities • Spanish / English Proficiency Preferred
