Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a Systems & Inventory Associate for our IT team.

**Department & Position Overview:**

The Systems & Inventory Associate is responsible for coordinating tasks related to IT procurement and inventory management. The Systems & Inventory Associate will partner with internal teams to supply everyday IT equipment requests to ensure our employees have the tools they need to be successful.

**Everyday You Will:**

* Work closely with onboarding and offboarding of employees

* Assist with shipping and receiving of hardware

* Maintaining our storage unit conditions, organization, layout and design in a way that will ensure maximum space utilization

* Manage equipment inventory and resolve any inconsistencies and shortages

**Ideal Candidate Will Possess:**

* Ability to get to our office location(s) 2-3 days out of the week

* Knowledge of inventory management methods

* Great organizational and interpersonal skills

* Very detail oriented and a quick learner

* Strong Experience in MS Excel and Suite
