About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). You'll be part of a mission-driven team delivering world-class geospatial intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and operational incidents
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with mission partners and external entities for system integration
• Support Tier 2 engineers with advanced issues
• Collect and analyze operational data to prevent recurring issues
• Work closely with technical leads to improve operational stability
• Support deployments and baseline enhancements
• Participate in off-hours support for high-priority incidents

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 6–8 years of experience, or Master's + 2–4 years
• Current Security+ CE certification (must have before start)
• Experience with Oracle IdAM suite, Apache webgates, and CA API Gateway
• Strong Linux scripting (Shell/Bash)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
• U.S. Citizenship with an active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle IdAM products (OAM, OIF, OIM, etc.)
• WebLogic, Linux/UNIX, LDAPs, PKI authentication
