Join Lonza AG as a Systems Engineer supporting QC lab systems! Support ongoing Lonza operations through technical assistance as it relates to computerized systems infrastructure for QC laboratory systems and equipment! Provide a technical resource to operations customers to ensure that systems are crafted and operating to meet QC need. Key responsibilities:Provide technical support to operations customers to ensure systems meet QC needs. Responsible for Installation Plans (IP) and disaster recovery (DR). Recognize and address technical problems through troubleshooting with infrastructure and network. Support the infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations, storage, and devices) for Quality Control and other operational systems.
