Systems Engineer - Kelly Services : Job Details

Define system specifications based on application requirements, competitive benchmarking, and cost analysis. Chair architecture brainstorming sessions with cross-functional engineering teams to down select and finalize product/system architecture. Develop requirements documentation, system diagrams, and models as part of system engineering deliverables to ensure traceability of requirements and technical decisions. Guide and influence technical teams in making design decisions, especially in cases of technical ambiguity, specification conflicts, lack of data, or new market requirements. Coordinate testing plans between validation and verification testing. Ensure testing of customer usage cases to evaluate and verify system performance. Lead cross-functional engineering reviews (Design reviews, Test reviews etc.) to ensure adherence and alignment to product requirements (technical, regulatory, cost etc.) per Edwards Vacuums product development process.
