Job Overview
Raytheon is seeking a Systems Engineer II (P2) Anti-Tamper / Program Protection to join our elite Systems Security Engineering (SSE) team. This role involves developing solutions to protect the Warfighter's technology advantage, focusing on Cyber Security, Software Assurance, and Supply Chain Risk Management on embedded weapons systems. This is an onsite position in Tewksbury, MA.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of SSE solutions into RTX products.Interact with customers to define requirements, solutions, and system impacts.Develop plans, estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.Guide SSE implementations and consult with program management.Perform threat modeling and critical program information assessments.Develop system requirements and ensure compliance with DoD policies.Validate secure configurations using DoD approved tools.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience in System Security Engineering, cybersecurity, or embedded security.
- Experience with DoD programs and secure systems technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Anti-Tamper, Cyber Security, or program protection requirements.
- Knowledge of software, firmware, cryptography, FPGA design, and attack threat modeling.
- Advanced degree in engineering or related fields and cyber certifications (e.g., CISSP, GSLC).
- Experience with DODI-S-5230.28 and aircraft/weapons integration.
- Strong problem-solving, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
- Salary range: $66,000 - $130,000 USD.
