Job Number: 335 Job Category: GovTech Job Title: SYSTEMS ENGINEER (335) - CALIFORNIA - URGENT Job Type: Full-time Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI - Full Scope Polygraph Work Arrangement: On-site Job Location: CA Point Mugu Salary: 100K- 155K Background * Evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination* Conduct research and interview SMEs to gather information for incorporation into technical documentation* Interact with OEM engineering leadership reviewing and commenting on technical artifacts, providing technical input to the OEM project execution, while providing awareness to Joint Program Office leadership* Provide oversight of OEM testing and verification of contracted F-35 EW capabilities* Review and provide corrections to test reports in accordance with Joint Program Office policy* Document any defects found during testing independently and separately from the OEM using government information technology networks and resources Requirements * MS or MA degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline or additional 4 years of relevant work experience, with a bachelor's degree, may be substituted for a master's degree* 3-10 years' experience performing the duties described in the functional description* 3+ years' electronic warfare experience* 3+ years' systems engineering hardware and software experience* 3+ years' experience writing and updating system requirements and design specifications/documents, white papers, and engineering notes* 3+ years' experience developing and executing test plans* 3+ years' Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition experience Preferred * Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
