Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with technical infrastructure, including deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability.
  • 5 years of experience with systems automation, design, and implementation.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Kubernetes.
  • 3 years of experience working with vendors or customers.
  • Experience with Linux/Linux Kernel and building relationships at the executive level.
  • Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in IT production systems engineering.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, VLANs, Load Balancing, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

The US base salary range is $156,000-$229,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is role, level, and location-dependent. Additional details are available during the hiring process. Benefits information can be found at

Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure issues, respond to tickets/bugs within defined SLOs, and contribute to system improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal development teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Update and adapt documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support deployments and escalations.
