Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

• A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or approved related program; and,
• Seven years of progressive responsible capital program implementation related experience, but including at least five years exclusively devoted to administration or management of significant capital projects or programs. Experience must also include involvement in planning design, contracting, construction and start-up operations; and,
• A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.

• Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles.
• Detail oriented
• Directing planning, schedule, cost control development cost engineering, cost estimating analysis, and change management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to successfully direct and motivate a team inclusive of interacting with client personnel.
• Ability to multi-task & work independently
• Exceptional problem-solving skills using a combination of technical skills, leadership, teamwork, and people management skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Good communication skills with the ability to develop and present management reports in oral, written, and graphic format.
• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.
