Conexess Group is assisting a large healthcare client in their search for a Systems Analyst in a remote capacity. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:
Provide counsel and advice to top management on significant Systems Analysis matters, often requiring coordination between organizations.Work on extremely complex issues or assignments of large scope, impact, and importance, under general direction.Gather, analyze, document, and validate systems through interviews, observation sessions, and workflow process analysis.Analyze, design, and prepare technical and procedural documentation on complex concepts related to applications, interfaces, data structures, and workflows across the organization (e.g., batch processing documentation, data flows, architectural diagrams, runbooks).Support internal and external audit needs, including procurement or creation of artifacts or documents related to application implementation and operational support.Coordinate activities with other IT sections (e.g., database, telecommunications, operations, technical support) on application or system changes.Support application development teams during technology release events, including prior, during, and post-deployment phases.Collaborate with business partners to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes, and assist in application design, testing, and implementation (e.g., diverse platforms, software, hardware, technologies).Possess full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.5+ years in a systems analysis role or similar capacity.5+ years of hands-on software troubleshooting experience.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technology teams.Strong detailed analytical skills.Self-starter with initiative.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and activities.Ability to prioritize and switch between requests seamlessly.Proven team player capable of fostering and managing relationships within a matrix environment.Experience dealing with ambiguity and problem solving.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook).7-10 years in Information Technology within a large matrixed organization.Desired Experience / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Proficiency with tools such as Clarity, Webex, JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint.Experience developing or implementing enterprise technology solutions, including applications, servers, and network infrastructure.Experience supporting IT solutions or projects related to Utilization Management, Care Management, or Clinical Data Initiatives.Healthcare experience.Additional Details:
