Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year.Job Responsibilities

• Manage the Fishbowl ERP system and ensure seamless integration with QuickBooks Online
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from MySQL and other databases
• Support monthly invoicing by collecting, validating, and preparing financial data and reports
• Recommend and implement process improvements for ERP and back-office systems
• Provide end-user support for ERP functionality, data issues, and system documentation

Requirements

• Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries, preferably in MySQL
• Use Excel and Google Sheets confidently to manage and analyze large datasets
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of ETL processes and system integration principles in daily tasks
• Leverage BI tools like Tableau to generate recurring and ad hoc reports

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in systems administration, reporting, and data analysis
• Understand ERP systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment; Fishbowl experience is a plus
• Show familiarity with QuickBooks Online and accounting/reporting workflows
• Adapt quickly to change and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
