Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and generate metric-based reports.
• Implement and maintain a data visualization program to create company data and benchmarks.
• Develop and utilize analytics platforms for visual data interpretation.
• Evaluate internal systems for efficiency and accuracy; maintain protocols for data handling and cleaning.
• Create dashboards using visualization tools to provide comprehensive data overviews and identify trends.
• Collaborate with departments to supply metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare physician compensation benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and/or experience.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik is required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Effective communication and interaction skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills, both oral and written.
• Highest standards of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycom is required.
