Job DetailsDescriptionOverview of the Position Responsibilities: The Systems Analyst will provide technical analysis for billing and customer care systems, collaborating with the Director of Customer Management and Billing Systems. Responsibilities include development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of the ICOMS platform, troubleshooting, support, and contributing to system solutions aligned with strategic goals across multiple teams.
