Job DetailsDescription

Overview of the Position Responsibilities: The Systems Analyst will provide technical analysis for billing and customer care systems, collaborating with the Director of Customer Management and Billing Systems. Responsibilities include development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of the ICOMS platform, troubleshooting, support, and contributing to system solutions aligned with strategic goals across multiple teams.

What You Will Do
  • Advise on ICOMS integration to improve Customer Experience
  • Collaborate with development and BI teams for integration and reporting
  • Analyze data anomalies and manage ICOMS errors
  • Support departmental needs for Voice, Data, and Video services
  • Perform system readiness testing and documentation
  • Coordinate with product and provisioning teams for seamless customer activation
  • Manage projects and serve as a key stakeholder contact
  • Exercise independent judgment and perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist in developing billing solutions and continual system improvements
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6-8 years experience with billing/customer care systems, preferably ICOMS
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and MS Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of billing system architecture and integration
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 5 lbs
