Systems Analyst Position Summary The Systems Analyst in the People Department will support the design, build, and optimization the Workday module to support operational and strategic goals. The analyst evaluates analyzes, recommends, designs, tests, and maintains Human Resources (HR) tools and systems. The Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing and modifying systems to add value to the business processes and solutions. This role is responsible for HR data accuracy, flexibility, stability, and growth in support of all Human Resources activities and initiatives, as needed, throughout the organization. Systems Analyst Position Requirements Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Workday certification preferred.

• Three (3) years of experience with Enterprise (ERP) systems is required.
• Preferably with experience with configuration of Workday HCM Core along with focus in one or more of the following Workday functional areas: Absence, Benefits, Talent, Performance Management, Recruiting.
• Experience in Human Resources is preferred.

• Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday
• Evenings and weekends may be required as needed.

• At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
