SUMMARY: We're seeking a skilled, hands-on Systems Administrator to maintain, secure, and optimize our IT infrastructure and ERP system. This role serves as a technology lead – managing servers, networks, and cloud platforms – while also ensuring the efficient, secure operation of our ERP and related business applications. You'll collaborate with company leadership, departments, and vendors to resolve critical issues, deliver enhancements, and provide critical support to end users. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: IT Infrastructure & Security Manage and maintain all IT systems, including email, communication tools, and cloud-based platforms Resolve complex system and network issues, including critical outages when they occur Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner Oversee IP networking, firewalls, SD-WAN, and endpoint protection Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations Maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies; perform recovery testing Create and maintain system documentation, network diagrams, and asset inventories Apply system patches and upgrades in coordination with stakeholders Manage and optimize cloud resources and maintain integration with on-premises systems Automate processes where possible to improve efficiency ERP and CRM System Administration Install, configure, and maintain ERP and CRM software Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings Ensure ERP system compliance with security policies and conduct vulnerability assessments User Support & Training Serve as a technical escalation point for the IT support team Develop and deliver training materials for hardware, software, and ERP usage Project & Vendor Management Lead or assist in infrastructure projects, technology rollouts, and software updates Maintain vendor relationships and manage hardware/software procurement Communicate system performance updates and project status to stakeholders EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, OR equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience. 3 years as a Systems, Network or ERP Administrator/Engineer (Infor M3 experience is a plus) Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Entra, SharePoint, Teams), Active Directory, Windows Server, Hyper-V, networking (Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti), IP-based phone systems, Windows OS, and Apple iOS Experience in automation and scripting (Power Automate preferred, PowerShell and Python a plus) Experience with ERP/CRM systems a plus (Infor M3, Microsoft Dynamics) Relevant certifications preferred (Microsoft, Cisco, Infor, ITIL, CompTIA Security, etc. Excellent Troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills The ability and desire to keep learning new software, hardware, technologies, techniques, and other skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this position the employee will be required to utilize the computer screen and keyboard, and telephone. WORK ENVIRONMENT: General office environment POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Normal Days of work are Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required on occasion as needed.
