Department: 867 Systems Administration Job Summary:System Administrators upgrade, maintain, and support software, hardware, and operating systems for IBC's information systems. They diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues quickly, including support outside normal bank hours. They support escalated issues for desktop, help desk, and IBC business units, communicating technical concerns and solutions effectively. They work with Engineers and Tier II Administrators to monitor and maintain system infrastructure, including server OS, Active Directory, data center hardware, and backup systems.
