Job Summary:
System Administrators collaborate with a diverse team to support classified information systems. Success in this role means you can develop, implement, and maintain secure, cost-efficient environments supporting the warfighters. Program teams rely on your collaboration and guidance to define computing requirements and develop solutions to solve infrastructure problems. Knowledge of Windows and Linux desktop and server operating systems is required. The System Administrator is responsible for information system patching, anti-virus updates and installations, vulnerability management, and user account management. You will work with Cybersecurity professionals, such as ISSM, ISSO to maintain security compliance requirements. This candidate will perform desktop support, resetting passwords, installing, network configuration and troubleshooting, upgrading applications, and respond to incidents that occur on the information systems.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
BS Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Assurance, or comparable field with equivalent working experience.
Security Clearance:
· Active SECRET Clearance (Minimum)
· Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET Clearance if required.
· Applicant selected will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.
DoD 8570 Certifications:
· Security+ - Minimum Requirement at time of hire.
Special Working Conditions:
· Working inside classified areas.
· Working on-site (Not Remote or Hybrid).
· Occasional travel (once every quarter) to other Textron Systems sites.

The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $85,900 - $129,700 per year.
