System Test Engineer - WaveLink : Job Details

WLI currently has a position available for: Job Description: The System Test Engineer has primary responsibility for the development and management of system/subsystem requirements, as well as test plans, procedures, and verification traceability methods. Candidate must have experience leading formal Milestone Reviews such as system requirements review, preliminary/critical design review, and test readiness reviews. Test experience with test planning, execution, and analysis as a Test Director, Range Safety Officer, or Test Operator in Mission Control Centers or Telemetry Control Rooms is desired. Required Skills:

• Must be able to problem-solve, communicate effectively and possess proficient organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings.
• Participate in developing project plans, test plans, and writing test reports; assist with creating, maintaining, and revising product project plans and effectively communicate project deadlines.
• Experience as a Test Director or Operator for Reagan Test Site operations is desired.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
• Requirements development and test experience related to Telemetry, audio-visual solutions, VoIP communications, and networks.
• Experience developing integrated solutions intended for classified operation within secure compartmentalized areas.
• Familiarity with UFC, TEMPEST, ICD 705 and other telecom facility standards.
