As a System Test Automation Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you can implement software testing strategies to evaluate product verification.
Your role
Application software development with a strong focus on test automation
Crafting detailed Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Reports, Test Cases, and Test Scripts
Debugging automation framework architecture and resolving development issues to improve UT/IT automation framework
Developing functionality in application software
Working with different collaborators such as software development and verification teams
Operating in a global delivery environment to ensure seamless integration and delivery
Your skills and experience
Over 5-8 years of experience in software development and testing of medical device systems, with at least 2 years in medical devices/healthcare
Extensive experience in Python, including threading and multiprocessing libraries like Pandas, Numpy, SciPy, PyTest, and Cucumber
Proven expertise in building test frameworks and automating complex workflows using Selenium and Squish
Proficiency with tools such as Git, GitBucket, Gitlab, Accurev, Jira, Jenkins, and product lifecycle management tools like Windchill
Preferred experience in ISO and FDA documentation and compliance for medical devices
Additional advantage if experienced with measuring devices like ultrasound devices or oscilloscopes
Hands-on expertise in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and System Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (Other Engineering fields may be considered with proven software education and experience)
