Job Description :

We are seeking a System Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a Data Background to optimize application development, maintenance, and performance.

This role involves scripting, troubleshooting, cloud administration, and data visualization, supporting operational environments and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop applications and select appropriate technical options for optimal performance.
  • Write, debug, and test scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide resolution.
  • Maintain and administer Windows-based virtual machines (VMs).
  • Work with Azure and AWS services such as ADF, Databricks, Azure Key Vault, S3, ADLS.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards for operations monitoring.
  • Write and optimize queries in SQL/T-SQL and SparkSQL.
  • Define and implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system performance issues and implement solutions.
  • Manage configurations and ensure compliance with system standards.
  • Provide technical documentation and mentorship to team members.
  • Work in an Agile environment, supporting project delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • 8+ years in Windows administration, network troubleshooting, and operational support (NOC or similar).
  • 8+ years working with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
  • 8+ years experience with Power BI dashboard development.
  • 8+ years of experience with SQL/T-SQL and SparkSQL.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, and NiFi pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Telecom domain experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage dependencies and risks, and multitask.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, and DevOps practices.
