We encourage professional development to ensure you bring innovative ideas to our products while satisfying your own intellectual curiosity.WHAT YOU'LL DOAdminister, configure, and maintain Windows servers to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityPerform server installations, upgrades, and patch managementManage and maintain Active Directory environments, including user account management, group policies, and security settingsImplement and maintain security measures using various security tools to protect server environments, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standardsImplement and maintain Quest software solutions for server management and optimization, enhancing operational efficiencyUtilize Infoblox for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management to ensure robust network servicesDevelop scripts in Splunk for streamlined monitoring of server performance and security eventsDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks, enhance system management, and improve operational efficiencyWork closely with Technology and Information Security teams to support infrastructure projects and initiativesProvide technical support and guidance to team members and end-usersWHAT'S REQUIREDMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in Windows server administration or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active DirectoryExperience with Quest products and their application in server environmentsProficiency in scripting with PowerShell for automation and task managementFamiliarity with security tools and practices, as well as Splunk for monitoringStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issuesExcellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLEWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
