What is the job like?
- Consult with AugmentIT clients on their initiatives, Tier 3 Support, and projects.
- Provide Tier 3 Support for internal DivergeIT Teams across multiple client platforms.
- Provide Technical Leadership to SysOps, Operations Center, and other teams.
- Lead Pit Crews formed to resolve complex technical issues.
- Interact/Drive resolutions with Microsoft Advanced Support.
- Administer/Improve internal systems tools to improve operational support and compliance.
- Act as Senior Technical lead on Security related incidents across a large client base.
- Rotate in the on-call schedule as Duty Manager.
What are the requirements?
- 3 Years of Systems Engineer experience (Prefer at least one Microsoft Expert certification within past 3 years)
- Microsoft 365 expert (preferably with M365 Administrator Expert certification)
- Microsoft Teams Configuration and Optimization Experience
- Microsoft Defender (M365, Cloud & Endpoint) resolution background
- Strong Network knowledge: DHCP, DNS, Routing, VLANs, Wireless, and various SMB firewall platforms (Meraki preferred)
- Proven background in virtualization technologies (e.g. Hyper-V, VMWare, etc)
- RMM and Network Tools Automation and Powershell scripting background
- Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 Annually
