System Engineer/Solutions Architect– CoPilot, SharePoint, O365)

Overview:

Magenium Solutions is looking for a forward-thinking System Engineer/Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies. You'll play a key role in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, and Copilot—driving innovation and transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage secure, scalable Microsoft 365 environments.
• Lead enterprise migrations (5,000+ users) across SharePoint, Teams, and O365.
• Administer and optimize Active Directory, including identity and access management.
• Deploy and configure Exchange environments, both on-prem and hybrid.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Teams governance, and device management.
• Support identity solutions including BES, MIIS, Forefront Identity Manager, and Arcot.
• Ensure compliance and security best practices across all deployments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with large-scale Microsoft 365 and Teams migrations.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and its integration into enterprise workflows.
• Strong skills in Active Directory, Exchange, and Teams administration.
• Hands-on experience with identity management tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational mindset with a focus on compliance and operational excellence.
