In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing system-wide initiatives to attract high-quality physicians and advanced practice providers. This position plays a critical role in shaping the medical staff of Deaconess and its affiliates, ensuring our continued growth and excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Manage, coach, and support provider recruitment staff. Lead hiring, onboarding, and training for recruitment department employees. Align regional recruitment teams as new facilities join the system. Manage departmental budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
