Ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data to support informed decision-making, compliance with regulations, and the delivery of high-quality patient care. Develops a comprehensive quality data strategy and governance process for the healthcare system that supports and maintains quality outcomes for the healthcare system. Proactively identifies and anticipates changes and opportunities in order to prepare the organization for the future, and not solely react to newly implemented requirements, standards, or laws. Responsible for direct supervision of the System Quality Assessment Analysts including evaluations, coordination of assignments, and overseeing daily operations across the System.Other InformationBachelor's Degree required in Healthcare or Administration. Masters Degree preferred and/or certification in performance improvement or quality and safety. A minimum of two years work experience in data management and three years of healthcare experience preferred. Must possess expert computer knowledge including the use of spreadsheets, databases, and report writing. Possess the skills to design, plan and deliver training on processes, system use, and training to meet the needs of management and staff.
