Job Description :
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a System and Program Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Duties:
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications
  • Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
  • Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming the project team; and establishing the project budget
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions
  • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures
  • Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users
  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable disciplines
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience configuring Workday Talent Management modules, including Performance Management
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of system analysis and workflow management

The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $43.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
