It offers an exciting opportunity to support the Fires Division Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) and Post-Production Software Support (PPSS) missions, providing engineering and technical services to the CECOM Software Engineering Center Mission Command Division. Primary Responsibilities include: Design, develop, test, and maintain software for engineering applications. Collaborate with software developers to understand requirements and assist in testing tools and interfaces. Design and test operating systems-level software and network applications. Support fielded units by troubleshooting and providing feedback on issues. Operate AFATDS and related interfaces to support testing and verification of software solutions. Maintain documentation, including software specifications, release notes, and training materials. Provide subject matter expertise remotely during formal test events. Basic Qualifications: 4-8 years of relevant AFATDS experience. US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance. Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: 4 years of USMC-focused AFATDS experience. 2 years of Agile Development experience. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. Ability to travel TDY for development/testing support. Active Secret clearance. This role is classified as Mid-Senior level, full-time, within the Information Technology sector, in the IT Services and Consulting industry.
