Core Responsibilities - Manage the company's End User Services Lab.
- Oversee and support the managed service provider with workstation testing.
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting all infrastructure components of software and patching distribution services.
- Monitor and ensure advertised programs reach clients.
- Manage and verify successful program execution.
- Introduce and improve automation and integrate AI where applicable.
- Collaborate with the Integration Lab to identify and resolve issues with site servers components or services.
- Clearly articulate and present changes, updates, and innovations to operational and business partners.
- Coordinate with Cybersecurity teams to remediate software vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience - Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two (2) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations
- Associate's Degree and a minimum of four (4) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations
- High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations
Relevant Work Experience - Minimum of one (1) year of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations, required.
- Basic understanding of IT principles, including hardware, software, and networking, required.
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), required.
- Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure and workstation management, required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise instructions to end users, required.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, required.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues, required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, required.

Additional Physical Demands - Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
- Must be able and willing to work overtime and travel within Company service territory, as needed.
- Must be flexible with work hours, be on call, and respond to emergencies as required.
