WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Be the go-to expert for application support-answer user questions and work with vendors to resolve issues Create custom reports that help teams make data-driven decisions Analyze work processes and implement smart tech solutions to improve efficiency Develop clear user guides and training materials for supported applications Oversee server performance , application health, security , and backups Help modernize city services REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred 2+ years of IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with: Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, Azure, Exchange, Office 365 Hyland OnBase, SSRS, Crystal Reports Business application support, end-user training, and technical documentation Relevant technical certifications preferred SALARY: Pay Grade G14; $80,718 WORK HOURS: 40 hrs./week; Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 p.m.; weekend and overtime work possible with on-call responsibilities.
