Position Overview
The Systems Analyst (Fuels) will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and workflow analysis. The role involves evaluating findings, reconciling conflicts, and translating information into clear reports, distinguishing user requests from true needs.
Note: This is an on-site position in El Dorado, AR, working Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities
Work with business users to understand challenges and leverage systems and technology to solve them.Gather and document requirements from various sources, reviewing and revising as needed.Collaborate with developers, project managers, and testers to translate requirements into technical solutions.Identify business processes, develop workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.Create business requirements documents, traceability documents, test cases, and scripts.Maintain and interpret workflow diagrams.Develop functional and non-functional requirements specifications.Work with internal and third-party developers and SMEs to establish technical and functional visions, analyzing usability and performance tradeoffs.Support and enhance mission-critical systems to facilitate business transformation.Ensure seamless transactional data flow with Finance and Accounting systems.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation and Experience
Broad knowledge in fields such as accounting, marketing, business administration, or finance. A four-year college degree plus 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Software Skills
Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheets; basic skills in 10-Key, accounting, data entry, PowerPoint, and Word processing.
