System Administrator Level 3 with Security Clearance - Country Intelligence Group : Job Details

System Administrator Level 3 - (FRSA3-004-003) Country Intelligence Group is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer Level 3 to support our client atFort Meade, MD, providing critical systems administration and engineering support for large-scalemission systems. The selected candidate will contribute to the design, configuration, and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure and containerized environments. This position requires hands-on experience in Linux/Unix system administration, container orchestration, clustered storage solutions, and Tier 3 troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and a working understanding of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) in secure environments. Tasks Performed: • Support the design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardware. • Possess a working knowledge and understanding of system administrationinterdependencies as part of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). • Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware,applications and software integration. Education, Experienceand Qualifications: • Minimum High School Diploma/GED with at least 20 years of relevant experience. • Bachelor's degree in communication engineering, computer science, electricalengineering, information systems, or computer engineering with 15 years ofrelevant experience. • Experience administering large software deployments on Linux/Unix systems. • Experience implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems. • Experience providing Tier 3 (End of Line) problem identification, diagnosis andresolution. • Experience with Container Technology, administering clustered storage solutions,Kubernetes orchestrated containers. • Experience with system configuration management software and change control. • Experience with Linux / Unix command-line. • Experience with Docker. • Experience with Kubernetes. • Experience with Ceph. • Experience with Ansible, Puppet. Other JobRequirements: • Minimum Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph. • U.S. Citizenship, and successful background check. • Location: Fort Meade, MD.
