Our work depends on Systems Administrator joining our team to perform systems and server administration tasks including day-to-day user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services. Assists in the build, implementation, test, maintenance, and decommissioning of site systems within the network. Provides resource monitoring and analysis to ensure system architecture components are integrated and performing as intended. Monitors site datacenter performance using analytic tools. Provides technical analysis and leverages systems administration knowledge to review anomalies, capacity utilization, database performance, bulletins, event logs, and alerts within the network infrastructure. Installs and maintains system monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools.HOW A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACTManages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systemsAbility to operate under supervisionExecute day-to-day management and operations of systems and networksManage COTS & GOTS products to collect, display and remediate a variety of automated system security and system operations/performance functions and metricsFollow Operations and Maintenance (O&M) checklists to maintain the service (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly O&M checklists); build Tactics, Techniques and Processes (TTPs) and Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) associated with service checklistsOperate monitoring tools/capabilities with the enterprise security information and event management (SIEM) and create/tailor complex event alarms/rules and summary reportsAssist in analyzing technical risk, upon request, of emerging cybersecurity tools and processesWork as part of a security incident response team as neededMaintains systems to meet Enterprise Service Availability and Service Level Agreement requirements.Utilizes IT Service Management (ITSM) Principles to identify, categorize, prioritize, escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents.Maintains systems security and ensures compliance with security policies and procedures.Assists with the development of third-party monitoring actions and procedures for network infrastructure.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree*Required Experience: 1+ years of related experienceRequired Technical Skills:
