As a systems administrator, you will leverage your technical skills and people skills to support and improve our infrastructure. Your role involves implementing and maintaining systems to deploy cybersecurity solutions across the intelligence community.

You will ensure the functionality and availability of current infrastructure, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement in a mission-critical network. Your ability to interpret metrics and communicate findings will be essential. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in mission-critical networks, collaborate with a team, and develop new methodologies to enhance national security.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator
• Experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems, including command-line administration and troubleshooting
• Experience providing technical support for end-users via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly
• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, and mobile devices
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in system administration)

Clearance:

Applicants must undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Our compensation varies based on geographic location, experience, and skills, with a base salary ranging from $115,143.26 to $165,143.26 annually.
