OverviewProvides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes. Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem diagnosis and resolution. Communicates status updates to management and internal customers. Supports dispatch system and hardware issues, remaining involved until resolution. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems, installs and troubleshoots OS software, maintains system integrity, and configures network components to improve reliability and performance.
