System Administrator 3 Information Technology Hanover, MD - Onyx Point : Job Details

Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes. Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem diagnosis and resolution. Communicates status updates to agency management and internal customers. Supports dispatch system and hardware issues, remaining involved in resolution. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems, installs/loads software, troubleshoots, and maintains network components, implementing enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

• Fifteen (15) years of SA experience in similar scope, type, and complexity programs.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university; 5 additional years of SA experience can substitute for a degree.

Compensation: Salary range $78,000 to $250,000 annually, based on location, role, skills, and expertise.
