Overview
$1500 Sign-on Bonus!
Routine, preventative and corrective cleaning of floors in accordance to procedures for Carpet Care. Project cleaning of walls, lights, vents, windows, moving furniture, set up meeting rooms, cleaning stairwells, hauling trash, provide post case cleaning in the morgue and surgery rooms and terminal cleaning of floors in surgery rooms, Xenex and other work as assigned. All work to be done in accordance with the standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department in accordance with the hospital objectives. Will use cleaning equipment including rotos, automatic floor machines, carpet extractors, vacuums, cardboard bailer, moving dollies, ladders, wall washing equipment, Xenex robot and other necessary cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities
The associate is aware of hospital and department compliance for federally funded healthcare programs (e.g. Medicare and Medicaid) regarding fraud, waste and abuse. Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of department or hospital administrative staff.
Successfully completes hospital-wide orientation, annual hospital competencies and department/unit specific competencies.
For the safety of our patients and co-workers, St. Luke's Hospital requires seasonal and job related vaccinations. This is reviewed regularly during periodic health assessments.
