Our Starfish Aquatics Institute (SAI) curriculum is designed for success, even if you've never taught before. We use a benchmark-based system, so you won't have to worry about memorizing endless checklists. Your focus will be on leading fun, engaging activities that help students meet clear goals. This approach makes teaching simple and effective for you and our students.

No experience? No problem! We'll provide all the training you need to become a certified swim instructor—completely free. You'll gain valuable skills in a supportive environment, setting you up for success from day one.

• Teach and lead swim classes using our proven curriculum.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment for all students.
• Be a role model for both students and fellow instructors.
• Create and maintain lesson plans.
• Communicate with parents on their child's progress.
• Help set up and clean up for classes.

Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour.

Hours: We offer flexible, part-time shifts to fit your schedule. We're open Sunday through Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. We're happy to accommodate most requests, with a minimum commitment of two hours per shift.

Requirements: You must be at least 15 years old.
