We need an SVP of Operations who can transform our ambitious growth into flawless execution—designing and owning every operational element from student onboarding to support workflows.This isn't about maintaining systems. It's about building them from the ground up, then scaling them across a rapidly expanding educational ecosystem.What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting and executing student onboarding, tech provisioning, and system configuration across 25+ school campuses with uncompromising attention to detail
• Establishing and enforcing rigorous SLAs for internal support processes that prioritize speed and resolution quality
• Orchestrating cross-functional readiness between launch, product, and platform teams to ensure seamless operations
• Implementing strategic change management for platform updates and workflow shifts that minimize disruption
• Engineering feedback systems between field operations and central teams to continuously improve operational velocity and reliability
• Developing clear accountability frameworks and escalation protocols that eliminate ambiguity in operational execution

SVP Of Operations Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deliver, and own the comprehensive operational infrastructure that ensures flawless execution across student onboarding, school launches, and platform updates—transforming our ambitious growth trajectory into operational reality.Basic RequirementsWe require a strategic operational leader who thrives in ambiguity, scales effective systems, and eliminates inefficiencies without hesitation—bringing proven expertise in launch-critical operations.Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years experience at an MBB consulting firm, with demonstrated excellence in operational strategy
• Proven track record designing and implementing cross-functional operational workflows in high-ambiguity environments (specifically onboarding systems, support infrastructure, or tech provisioning at scale)
• Demonstrated success owning end-to-end systems across multiple functions with rigorous SLA enforcement, clear handoffs, and unambiguous accountability models
• Evidence of building zero-to-one operational systems that prevent problems at scale—not just reactive problem-solving
• Superior structured problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise developed in high-performance consulting environments
• Proficiency leveraging AI tools to accelerate processes and minimize manual intervention
• Based in the United States with capacity to travel 25% of time to campus locations
• Legal eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship
