General Description:

Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. (PCA), the global leader in estate account management with operations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, seeks a qualified SVP, Global Project and Change Management reporting directly to the Office of the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to build a global team across multiple time zones and develop/execute a new project and change management framework that will shape the future of business projects and change processes. The successful candidate will lead a team and own strategic, high value projects across our global sites that support company scaling, alignment, improvements to operations, and ultimately ensure the business is running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Framework & Governance: Develop, execute and embed project management standards, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
  • Develop, Execute & Embed Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and frameworks across the organization.
  • Technical Ability & Execution: Oversee the delivery of technical projects, working closely with engineering and IT teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, and deployment of solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and support a team of project/change managers, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous professional development.
  • Project Execution & Oversight: Actively participate in high-priority projects, ensuring successful delivery through hands-on involvement, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with governance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Resource Allocation & Budget Control: Oversee project resource allocation, monitor budgets, and ensure financial tracking to prevent overspending.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the project management function.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Agile (Scrum, sprints) and Waterfall project delivery.
  • PMP and PMI-ACP Certifications.
  • Ability to lead project scoping, requirements capturing, planning, and budgeting activities, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Strong technical ability, with experience in managing technical projects, understanding system architectures, and working closely with IT, engineering and development teams.
  • Experience leading complex projects and/or change programs across organizations and time zones.
  • Structured and organized persona that follows up and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Language skills preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Versatile self-starter with a team-oriented work style.
  • Ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across functions and levels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in English. Ability to communicate complex concepts concisely, clearly, and effectively across multiple levels including executive leadership team, peers, managers, and junior colleagues.
  • Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information.
  • Willingness to challenge consensus and established process; ability to frame problems and find structures/models that help people better understand the problem and trade-offs required.
