Who We're Looking For:

Michael Kors is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and product-driven executive to lead our global merchandising organization. The ideal candidate is business-savvy, entrepreneurial, and passionate about product, with the ability to elevate our expanding global retail business.

This leader will oversee Women's and Men's Accessories, Footwear, and Ready-to-Wear across all channelsincluding full-price retail, outlet, wholesale, and off-price. They will drive compelling seasonal narratives and cohesive product assortments that reflect our brand vision, partnering cross-functionally with Design, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, Marketing, and regional business leaders to execute best-in-class go-to-market strategies.

This role reports directly to the Chief Brand & Product Officer and requires a 360-business view, combining strong analytical acumen with creative problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the brand architecture and global product strategy across categories.
• Align internal teams and global partners around seasonal product vision and business goals.
• Define and manage the full product lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Design at key development milestones to review and refine assortments.
• Ensure all products meet cost targets and profitability goals.
• Regularly review global business performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Present merchandising strategies and updates to executive leadership.
• Leverage insights and innovation to enhance brand performance.
• Inspire, lead, and mentor high-performing merchandising teams.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in retail buying or corporate merchandising.
• 10+ years leading merchandising teams.
• Expertise in global merchandising and trend translation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in vertical retail and product development preferred.
