Who We're Looking For:
Michael Kors is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and product-driven executive to lead our global merchandising organization. The ideal candidate is business-savvy, entrepreneurial, and passionate about product, with the ability to elevate our expanding global retail business.
This leader will oversee Women's and Men's Accessories, Footwear, and Ready-to-Wear across all channelsincluding full-price retail, outlet, wholesale, and off-price. They will drive compelling seasonal narratives and cohesive product assortments that reflect our brand vision, partnering cross-functionally with Design, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, Marketing, and regional business leaders to execute best-in-class go-to-market strategies.
This role reports directly to the Chief Brand & Product Officer and requires a 360-business view, combining strong analytical acumen with creative problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
