The Solutions Architect is a senior-level position responsible for leading various architectural and engineering activities, including analyzing functional requirements, designing solutions, evaluating options, and presenting comparative analyses with recommendations to senior stakeholders. The individual will apply in-depth domain knowledge of financial services to understand complex business problems and develop effective solution options.

The candidate should be results-oriented, innovative, and motivated to drive efficiency gains, enhance controls, and extend scalability. This is demonstrated through architectural artifacts. The team designs enterprise-wide solutions for critical business needs by leveraging solutions, business, technical, and data architecture. Key stakeholders include operations, product, and application development teams across different lines of business and functions globally.

• 6-10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in Financial Services or large, complex/global environments.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking, and reporting.
• Analytic and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate virtually.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and own projects.
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changes.
• Proven experience in operational process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
