THE WORK

The Global Sustainment team in King of Prussia, PA is looking for an experienced professional to support the Sustainment efforts for the Fenwick program, which requires the ability to shift priorities as necessary for successful results. The successful candidate selected would be part of the Global Sustainment team supporting equipment, hardware, and sustainment activities. The candidate will support the logistics and sustainment tasks of new systems, and the sustainment of existing fielded systems. As a Logistics Project Manager (LPM) , you will be responsible for driving logistics and sustainment support to include but not limited to Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Provisioning, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), Technical Publications, Training, Information Systems, Supply Chain, and Field Support for depot and field level operations. The candidate will work closely with various functional groups to meet customer commitments, program and sustainment growth objectives. The role will report to the Global Sustainment Manager for the Ground Cyber/Electronic Warfare (GCEW) portfolio within Electronic, Cyber & Information Warfare (ECIW).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing decisions on training, technical manuals, and spares

• Ensures logistics products meet promised delivery dates for customer commitments

• Ensuring efficient lifecycle support of fielded assets

• Providing timely communication and execution of logistics or supply activities to support repairs

• Capturing and improving procedures to support process growth and lifecycle cost affordability

• Planning for and supporting spares requirements, balancing inventory and mission needs

• Performing annual physical inventory and reconciliation of GFE repair parts/tools

• Supporting management of obsolete hardware, proposal requests, and provisioning determinations

The candidate will be required to be in the King of Prussia facility when not on travel. However, there is flexibility on occasion to work from home with pre-coordination of the manager.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have a Top-Secret Clearance prior to start

• 2 or more years of sustainment experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent commercial or military experience

Desired Skills:

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with the ability to follow through on both internal and external commitments

• Strong inter-personal skills, have the ability to work within a team, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience maintaining complex military systems

• Experience with military training and instruction including ADDIE certification preferred

• Experience leading multi-disciplined teams

• Experience with military technical manual development

• Ability to analyze and decipher wiring diagrams and schematics

• Familiarity with depot and field level maintenance procedures and repair methods

• Understanding of Supply Chain Management, production controls, and production planning

• Experience documenting maintenance faults and corrective actions in a maintenance information system

• Monitor system obsolescence reporting and track high-priority items to end-of-life

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
