Sustainment Engineer Associate - Clearance Required - ClearanceJobs : Job Details

As a Sustainment Engineer you will control the efficient flow of engineering technical data throughout the Sustainment IPT and information between the IPT and the Program to ensure all teams impacted and databases updates occur. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, and electronic data systems administration and related functions. Travels to sustain various Weapon Systems through software upgrades, troubleshooting, cyber controls and measures and log analysis. Builds relationships with strategic customers through sustainment initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence and act as change agent.
• Travel
• Ability to interpret software code, and working with Information Assurance and software teams
• Experience loading software and troubleshooting problems
• Experience with Oracle SQL, Networking, Systems Operation and VM

Desired Skills:

• Experience briefing leaders in small and large group settings
• Experience with Microsoft Suite Products and Access Database

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
