Sustainability Project Engineer - Avantor : Job Details

The Opportunity:Avantor is looking for a Sustainability Project Engineer to join our team! The Engineer will be responsible for leading and supporting sustainability initiatives, including green building certifications, renewable energy projects, energy efficiency improvements, and environmental impact assessments. This is a full-time role based in Phillipsburg, NJ. What were looking for. Education: Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; A Master's degree or certifications in sustainability-related disciplines (e.g., LEED AP, CEM, CEE) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sustainability-focused engineering, environmental engineering, or related fields. Strong skills in project management, problem solving and value creation.
