Sushi Crew Member - Wegmans Food Markets : Job Details

Bring your love for sushi, and we'll teach you the rest! In this role, you will help prepare fresh, high-quality sushi rolls to be sold in our store, as well as help customers with any made-to-order or special requests. You will work alongside experienced sushi chefs, learning traditional techniques and perfecting your craft in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities:Prepare ingredients, including slicing fish, cutting vegetables, and making sushi rice. Assist in making sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
