What You ll Do
- Craft and present sushi, sashimi, and rolls with precision, artistry, and consistency.
- Uphold the highest standards of taste, freshness, and portion control.
- Oversee daily sushi bar operations, including prep, quality control, and inventory.
- Collaborate on new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
What We re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a busy restaurant.
- Excellent knife skills and deep knowledge of traditional + modern sushi techniques.
