Survey Project Manager - CBRE Group : Job Details

As a CBRE Surveying Project Manager, you will be responsible for having knowledge of ALTA Surveys, Cell Tower Surveys, As-built Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Property, and Boundary Surveys experience. You'll analyze field work, calculate the boundary, review and add the title matters, and obtain any direction and guidance from the Professional Land Surveyor in Responsible Charge. - - What You'll Do: - - Prepare commercial real estate surveys and manage drafting assignments. Prepare cell tower surveys, 1 A letters, height verification letters or 2 C letters, flood zone determination, and elevation certificates. Review title commitments, title documents, and zoning reports and incorporates resulting information into the land survey. Demonstrate an understanding of sectionalized land. Maintain the ability to calculate boundaries and plot easements.
