SURVEILLANCE INVESTIGATOR TRAINEE - Golden Entertainment : Job Details

It is the responsibility of the Surveillance Investigator - Trainee to maintain knowledge and have an understanding of the current property casino gaming operations, Surveillance Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies and Procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Utilize provided equipment, databases and software to identify, record, document and report illegal, unusual or suspicious activities occurring in all gaming areas, non-gaming areas and back of the house. Participate in the Continuous Education Program with a minimum of 20 hours of training a year through self-study and attend mandatory in-house and outside training in preparation to acquire and maintain the job knowledge needed to perform as a Level 1 Investigator.
