Surveillance Agent I - Spirit Mountain Casino : Job Details

Assists in ensuring the proper protection and security of the Casino's assets. Assists in ensuring the proper protection of the Casino's guests and employees. Monitors activity in all non-gaming areas of the Casino and property. Detects infringements and investigates disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, and accidents. Monitors and reports on the consumption and service of alcoholic beverages and for compliance with casino policies and procedures. Completes and maintains a variety of surveillance records and documentation. Notifies appropriate supervisory personnel regarding technical issues, suspicious behavior, security/safety risks, improprieties, violations, and/or illegal activity. Protects administrative offices and other areas of the Casino and Lodge. Reports all accidents and conditions requiring correction; writes reports including action taken.
